About rtf888 Malaysia Online Gaming Platform

Who is rtf888?

rtf888 is an online gaming platform built specifically for the Malaysian market. We understand local player habits — from preferred e-wallets like Touch 'n Go and DuitNow, to the preference for communication in Bahasa Melayu. These are the foundations on which we build our products and services.

The rtf888 platform covers a wide range of game categories: online slots from leading developers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play and JILI, live casino with live baccarat, roulette and blackjack tables, sports betting covering local and international leagues, online poker for card game fans, and crash games that are growing in popularity among a new generation of players.

Safety and Trust

rtf888 operates under international licensing. Every transaction is processed through encrypted infrastructure, and members' personal information is protected in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not share member data with third parties without consent.

Our gaming system uses certified random number generators (RNG), ensuring every slot spin or game result is fair and cannot be manipulated. The RTP for each game can be independently verified through the respective developers.

Fast and Varied Payments

We know Malaysian players value convenience. That is why rtf888 supports Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit is RM30 for each method, and the minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 10 and 45 minutes.

There are no hidden charges for deposits or withdrawals. We believe transparency in financial matters is the basis of long-term trust between rtf888 and our members.

Bonus and VIP Programme

New rtf888 members are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to RM500. The bonus wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus bringing your balance to RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 15 = RM1,500.

The rtf888 VIP Programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a higher weekly cashback — from 0.3% at Bronze up to 1.5% at Diamond. The more active you are on rtf888, the faster you move up to a higher VIP tier.

Responsive Customer Support

The rtf888 support team is available to assist members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email. Our service is offered in Bahasa Melayu and English, ensuring every enquiry or issue is resolved quickly and clearly without any language barrier.
