01 Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings assigned to them unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the rtf888 website accessible via rtf888.one and all related subdomains or applications operated by it.
• "Member" / "User" means any individual who has registered a valid account on the rtf888 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a member to access platform services.
• "Terms" means this entire Terms & Conditions document together with any updates or amendments made from time to time.
• "Account Balance" means the total funds in a member's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds still subject to a wagering requirement.
• "Bonus" means any financial incentive or game credit awarded by rtf888 to a member under an applicable promotion.

The singular and plural forms of any word are interchangeable. References to any law or regulation include its amendments in force from time to time.

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and rtf888 ("Platform"). This relationship governs all aspects of platform use, including access to games, financial transactions and communication with customer service.

Acceptance of these Terms occurs automatically through any of the following actions:

• Completing the account registration form and clicking the "Register" button.
• Making your first deposit into your rtf888 account.
• Accessing or playing any game available on the platform.
• Claiming any bonus or promotion offered by rtf888.

03 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use rtf888 services, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Use legitimate personal funds and not funds obtained unlawfully for any activity on the platform.

rtf888 reserves the right at any time to request verification to ensure members meet the eligibility requirements above. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure.

04 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at rtf888. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being frozen and any funds in them being forfeited.

During the registration process, you are required to:

• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, MyKad or passport number, date of birth, mobile phone number and an active email address.
• Create a strong password and keep it confidential. rtf888 will never ask for your password through any channel.
• Provide valid payment method details for the purposes of deposits and withdrawals.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact rtf888 customer service immediately via live chat or email.

05 Deposits and Withdrawal of Funds

rtf888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).

The following financial transaction conditions apply:

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal for all payment methods is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes depending on the method chosen and verification approval.
• Deposited funds must come from an account or e-wallet held in the name of the registered member only. The use of third-party accounts is not permitted.
• rtf888 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. If the deposit method is not available for withdrawals, rtf888 will contact the member to determine a suitable alternative method.

rtf888 reserves the right to freeze or hold withdrawal processing pending investigation if there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms.

06 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

rtf888 offers various promotion programmes for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated in each promotional offer, and the following general terms apply:

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 100% first deposit bonus of up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• Example 1: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement = RM100 × 15 = RM1,500 must be met first.
• Example 2: Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM1,700 → Wagering requirement = RM500 × 15 = RM7,500 must be met first.

General bonus terms that must be followed:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the specific terms of that promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account or converted directly into cash.
• rtf888 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and void any winnings derived from it if there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• Certain games may not count or may count on a proportional basis towards the bonus wagering requirement.
• rtf888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion with reasonable notice.

The rtf888 VIP Programme offers weekly cashback to active members across five (5) tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%), and Diamond (up to 1.5%). Eligibility for tier upgrades depends on a member's level of gaming activity from time to time.

07 General Game Rules

All games offered on rtf888 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, online poker and crash games — are subject to the following general rules:

• Game results recorded by the rtf888 system are final and binding. Any dispute must be submitted within 72 hours of the date of the game in question.
• rtf888 is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connection failures, service disruptions or equipment failures on the member's end.
• The use of automation software, bots or system manipulation methods is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of account funds.
• rtf888 reserves the right to void or suspend any bet suspected of being placed deliberately to exploit technical errors or odds discrepancies.
• Betting on listed sports and leagues is subject to market availability and may change in line with actual match developments.

08 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

rtf888 is fully committed to compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing policies. As part of this commitment:

• All members may be required to submit identity verification documents such as a copy of their MyKad, passport or driving licence, as well as proof of residential address.
• Verification of the source of funds may be required for transactions that exceed certain thresholds set by rtf888 management.
• rtf888 reserves the right to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities without notifying the members involved.
• The use of cryptocurrency on this platform is subject to the same AML policy, applied with equal strictness as conventional payment methods.

09 Account Closure and Suspension

rtf888 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or during the verification process.
• Fraud, forgery or attempts to exploit the platform's systems.
• Disruptive, threatening or inappropriate conduct towards rtf888 staff or other members.
• Confirmation that the account holder is an individual under 21 years of age.
• Instructions from law enforcement authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.

Members may also request voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting our customer service. Any valid fund balance, after deducting any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements, will be returned to the member via the original payment method within a reasonable period.

10 Limitations and Exclusions of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• rtf888 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors or viruses at all times.
• rtf888 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• rtf888's cumulative liability to any member, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11 Dispute Resolution Procedure

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding rtf888's services, please follow the procedure below in stages:

• Step One: Contact our customer service via live chat or email at [email protected]. Our team, which operates 24/7 in Malay and English, will work to resolve your issue promptly.
• Step Two: If the dispute cannot be resolved within 14 working days, you may escalate the matter to a higher internal review level.
• Step Three: As a final step, disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration body.

All disputes must be submitted in writing, accompanied by full details including account number, date and time of the incident, and relevant supporting evidence. rtf888 is committed to handling every complaint fairly, transparently and within a reasonable period.

12 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

rtf888 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these terms at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform unless a different effective date is stated.

rtf888 will endeavour to notify members of material changes through:

• A notice displayed on the rtf888 platform's main page.
• Notification via email to the address registered with your account.
• A notice within the member account when you log in after the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after amendments take effect is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the effective date of that amendment.
